Forge from the Unconscious

A Journey of Self-Discovery

Welcome to this unique and transformative experience where we delve into the depths of our unconscious. This session is designed to help you connect with your inner self and express emotions through the art of metalworking.

As you enter, you’ll be invited to take a moment to connect with your body and emotions. Reflect on what brings you here today. This is a safe space where you can share how you feel physically and emotionally.

For those interested, a pot of Mugwort tea will be available. This herbal infusion is known for its properties of enhancing intuition and relaxation. We will then engage in a guided meditation to ground ourselves in the present moment, allowing us to become aware of any emotions held within our bodies.

Small Group Dynamics

Our session will consist of a small group of 4-5 participants, allowing us to flow with the group's energy and create a supportive environment. This intimate setting ensures that everyone can participate fully and authentically. We will be texturing 5 set shapes, shown in the adjacent photo.

If you are interested, this would also work as a great little event workshop for a small group of friends or team, and it can be adapted to the groups needs. Please fell free to get in touch if this is of interest to you.

Calling in Intuition

During the meditation, we will focus on letting go of something that no longer serves us and calling in new commitments to guide us forward. Feel free to explore this process as deeply as you feel comfortable.

We'll provide a selection of chisels, stamps, and hammers for you to use in creating simple textures on 5 pre-cut copper shapes. The true magic lies in the action and motion of working with the metal, allowing your mind to relax and your unconscious thoughts to surface.

Through this process, I hope you'll discover a deeper connection with yourself and leave feeling empowered and inspired from this journey of creative expression.
