0oh you are in for a treat :)

Bilberry, Hawthorn, Chokeberry (Aronia Berry), Jamica (Hibiscus), Nettle, Rosehip

I collaborated on this concoction from and for the heart. Historically many of the ingredients in this syrup have been used to help support the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems as well as bringing a rich dose of Iron, vit C, E, K, and B1, B2, B3 and B6, magnesium, manganese, zink, folate, Potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, silicon, quercetin, phenolic acids, and luteolin.

Seek medical advice before taking if on heart medication as it may counteract with it.

Shake well before use and sorry but No overseas deliveries

Recommended dosage is 1-2 sips a day or up to a shot's worth added to hot water for a warming brew. This bottle has over 150ml in each bottle there is between 10 - 20 servings depending on sip to shot ratio. The raw honey I have used this time seems to nullify the syrup sometimes so if this happens give it a good shake up and or mix with a chopstick. Then whisk it a little when adding hot water. It's also great with cacao, Another heart centered food. I also add it to yogurt or porridge.

I still bleed so i like to take this through my luteal phase as part of a protocol i use to prevent migraines pre bleed and to help support my heart. Cycling can be an emotional whirlwind, using different foods and herbs to support the different stages through this time has been known to be beneficial.

Store in the fridge for up to one month. or leaving it out on the side to ferment, this makes the vitamins and minerals more bioavailable, away from direct light or heat source. As pressure builds up, it will need burping regularly! morning and evening, while it's most active. If it's left a few days, let out a little air at a time and be prepared to wrap your chops around the side to suck out any bubbles as they escape. From experience it can get pretty messy so I advise you to be on top of it. Putting it in the fridge will slow it down a little if needed. Each time you burp it you can also take a little sip, best on an empty stomach, great with hot water.

Made from wild forages in safe untouched woodlands and gardens and from an Organic wholesaler based in the uk. I make a point of not saucing from far away where possible and i am narrowing down the herbs i use so they are native to the uk.
